AL IntelliFlow ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by AL Digital Intelligence Group. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website, sign up for an account, or use our services.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Account information (name, email, business name, phone number)
- Billing information (processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details)
- Content you upload, including knowledge base entries, prompts, contact lists, and conversation history
- Communications you send to us (support requests, feedback)
Information about your contacts and leads:
When you use AL IntelliFlow to capture and engage leads, we process information your contacts provide to your AI assistant (name, email, phone number, messages, and any other details they share). You are the data controller for this information; we act as your data processor.
Information collected automatically:
- Device and browser information (IP address, browser type, operating system)
- Usage data (pages visited, features used, timestamps)
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7)
- Session analytics via Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps, session recordings)
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve AL IntelliFlow
- Process payments and manage your account
- Power AI-generated responses to your leads and contacts
- Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support
- Monitor security, detect fraud, and prevent abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
- Analyze usage trends to improve the product
3. AI Processing
AL IntelliFlow uses third-party large language model providers (including Anthropic) to power AI conversations. Content you provide and conversations your contacts have with your AI assistant are transmitted to these providers for processing. We select providers with enterprise-grade data handling commitments and do not permit them to train models on your data.

4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information or your contacts' personal information.
We share information only with:
- Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record and payment processor. Paddle handles all checkout, billing, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing, and refund processing on our behalf. Paddle acts as an independent data controller for payment data. - Other service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, AI model providers, analytics) under contractual confidentiality obligations
- Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where reasonably necessary
- Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (you will be notified)
5. Data Retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Receive your information in a portable format
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
EU/UK residents (GDPR): You have the rights described above and may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypted storage, role-based access controls, and row-level security policies. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
9. Children
AL IntelliFlow is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International Data Transfers
AL IntelliFlow is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your country.
11. Health Information Notice
AL IntelliFlow is not a HIPAA-compliant platform and is not intended for the storage or transmission of Protected Health Information (PHI). We do not offer Business Associate Agreements (BAAs). The Service is designed for pre-client and prospective-contact inquiries only. Do not enter PHI or clinical information into AL IntelliFlow. Clinical communication and records belong in your own compliant system, such as your electronic health record (EHR) or HIPAA-compliant patient portal.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the platform. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
