AI Transparency & Responsible Use Policy

Effective Date: May 23, 2026 · Last Updated: May 23, 2026

AL IntelliFlow is an AI-powered lead capture and sales assistant designed for licensed professionals, coaches, consultants, and service-based businesses. We believe in transparency about how AI works in our platform.

1. What AL IntelliFlow Does

Our platform uses large language models and automation to:

  • Capture leads from your website and funnels
  • Respond to inquiries via chat and email
  • Qualify prospects based on criteria you set
  • Schedule appointments and follow-ups
  • Answer frequently asked questions about your services

2. What AL IntelliFlow Is Not

AL IntelliFlow is not a medical device, a licensed healthcare provider, a legal or financial advisor, or a crisis response system. If you serve clients in regulated fields — including mental health, medicine, law, or finance — you are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated communications comply with the standards of your profession and jurisdiction.

3. Crisis & Safety

If a contact expresses thoughts of self-harm, suicide, abuse, or a medical emergency, AL IntelliFlow is configured to surface this to you immediately and provide the contact with appropriate crisis resources (such as 988 in the United States). However, AI cannot guarantee detection of every safety concern. Professionals serving vulnerable populations should configure additional human-review safeguards.

4. Your Responsibilities as the Account Owner

You control the knowledge base, prompts, and tone your AI assistant uses. You are responsible for:

  • The accuracy of the information you provide to the AI
  • Compliance with applicable laws (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, state licensure rules, advertising regulations)
  • Disclosing AI use to your leads and clients where required

5. Data & Privacy

Conversations processed by AL IntelliFlow may be used to improve service delivery within your account. We do not sell your data or your contacts' data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Recommended Disclosure to Your Contacts

We recommend adding a brief notice such as:

"You're chatting with an AI assistant. A team member will follow up personally for anything that needs a human touch."

7. Limitations of AI

AI can make mistakes. Responses may occasionally be inaccurate, off-tone, or miss context. Review your AI's conversations regularly and refine its instructions as your business evolves.
